                                                                                        2 Tbsp. Montreal Steak Seasoning (#1023)
    PORK                                                                                1/2 c. Balsamic Vinegar (#1057)
                                                                                        1/2 c. olive oil
                                                                                        2 lbs. Boneless Pork Tenderloin (#1044)
                                                                                        Dissolve the Montreal Steak Seasoning in the balsamic
                                                                                        vinegar; then stir in olive oil to make a marinade.  Place
                                                                                        tenderloin into a resealable plastic bag and pour marinade
                                                                                        over top. Squeeze out air and seal bag; marinate 2 hours to
                                                                                        overnight. Preheat oven to 350 degrees F . Place pork into a
