SIDES Cook tots according to package directions. Whisk eggs and milk; set
aside. Brown turkey sausage and crumble. Drain fat as needed. Add
eggs to pan and scramble until cooked through. Warm tortillas; then fill
 with tots, egg / sausage mixture and desired toppings.
