     Skillet Steak & Potatoes

     If a full roast seems too big for the group you're feeding, try this downsized skillet steak &
     potatoes that's the perfect size for 2.  Or, simply double it, if you're needing more!

     8-10 oz. quality steak (Rib Eye, Sirloin, Flat Iron)  Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Cut steak in bite-sized
     2 large potatoes (Yukon or red)  pieces. Cut potatoes into chunks (don’t peel). In a large
     1 medium onion, sliced (#5772)  bowl, combine the cut-up steak, potatoes and onion.
     ½ tsp pepper (#1029)           Add the olive oil and toss to coat. Place the steak &
     1-2 tsp Garlic Supreme (#2592)  potatoes mixture in a 9 x 13 baking dish or 10-inch
     2 tbs olive oil                oven-proof skillet. Sprinkle with pepper and Garlic
                                    Supreme. Bake at 350 degrees F for 40-45 minutes, or
                                    until steak is browned and potatoes are cooked through.
                                    Serves 2.
