Set aside some bacon for topping soup later. In 4-5qt crock pot, add in hash browns, carrots,
bacon, broth, water, onion, garlic, salt and pepper. Cook on HIGH 3 hours. or LOW for 6 hours.
Shredded Hash Browns Once cooking time is done, whisk flour and cream together until smooth. Add to slow cooker.
Serve as a side dish or layer with eggs, sausage, and cheese for a breakfast skillet. 16 svgs. CN labeled. Cover and cook on LOW for 30 more minutes. Add cheese and stir until cheese is melted. Serve
